Orders placed before 1:00pm, will be dispatched the same day (Friday evening and weekend orders will leave on the Monday). If you choose ‘Regular’ shipping, orders normally arrive within 2 to 4 days. With ‘Express’, your parcel should arrive in 1 to 2 days and our ‘Freepost’ option is normally 3 to 5 days.

Free delivery is available at checkout on all orders of just £20 or more. But if you need a next-working-day or quicker delivery, you’ve got these options available as well.

Absolutely – 100%. We take your ability to shop safely and securely very seriously. First of all our whole site uses SSL which is the little lock you see next to our web address in your browser. Any information you enter or send is encrypted. Then if you place an order we *never* see any card details – these are dealt with securely by our payment provider which is PayPal. We currently only ship to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Island. Vape products and their purchase have different laws applied in different countries, so usually it’s safest (and also cheapest), for you to purchase from suppliers in the same locale (and for us that’s the United Kingdom).
